Aziz Rahman - MRICS

Aziz, a Chartered Surveyor of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES), is a seasoned professional in the building and construction surveying sector. He holds an Upper Second Class (2.1) honours degree in Civil Engineering Surveying BSc from the University of East London, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in his field.

In 2022, Aziz joined Harding Surveyors, bringing with him over eight years of industry experience. His professional journey includes a significant role as a Project Engineer for Dragados UK at the Bank Station Capacity Upgrade, where he showcased his expertise in managing complex engineering projects.

Aziz's credentials extend to safety management, holding both the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Managing Safely in Construction certifications. These qualifications underscore his commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards in all projects he undertakes.

Specialising in building pathology and deformation, Aziz has developed a deep understanding of building damage and repairs. His work primarily involves overseeing major building and tunnel defects, a testament to his proficiency in handling large-scale, intricate projects.

Recently, Aziz has expanded his role to include consultancy work, most notably at the Bank Station Capacity Upgrade project.
