Ryan Hogg

Ryan Hogg MRICS joined Harding Chartered Surveyors in October 2024, bringing with him extensive experience across a broad range of professional services, including Building Surveys, Project Management, and Party Wall advice. Specialising in historic and listed properties, Ryan’s expertise also extends to conducting fire risk assessments and managing both residential and commercial building projects.

Before joining Harding, Ryan spent six years at Pellings as a Senior Building Surveyor, where he further honed his skills in managing complex projects. In his subsequent role at Kirsop and Company, he was responsible for designing major works projects and managing planning applications. Ryan is fully qualified to undertake EWS1 forms and holds a drone pilot licence, enhancing his ability to survey and assess buildings from various perspectives.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Westminster, Ryan combines technical expertise with a comprehensive knowledge of building surveying, making him a valuable addition to the Harding team.
