A Party wall Award is a legal document, which sets out the timing and manner of proposed party wall works, at a given property. They are required when an Adjoining Owner ‘dissents’ to the Notice(s) that they have been served, and at which point party wall Surveyors become involved in the dispute resolution process. Sometimes, a sole ‘Agreed’ Surveyor acts for both Owners and compiles the Award.
It is either a consent in writing from the Adjoining Owner, or a party wall Award.

We are very pleased with the service you have provided and would certainly recommend you in future .
Very positive experience. We hired Harding Surveyors to carry out a building survey on a commercial property to be leased from the council. They did a great job and we went back to them again to carry out a schedule of condition report, prior to us moving in. Very helpful, friendly, good communication, and reasonable price. Would recommend.
