Jessica, a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer with MRICS accreditation, joined the Harding Surveyors team in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise.

Before joining Harding, Jessica spent a decade with Balfour Beatty in the role of a Quantity Surveyor. During this period, she amassed a significant depth of experience and developed a mastery in project management and Commercial Property. This experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and honed her proficiency in Residential and Commercial Valuations.

In her current role at Harding Surveyors, Jessica specialises in two key sectors: Residential Valuations and Commercial Valuations. Her extensive experience and industry knowledge position her as a reliable authority in these fields.

Market Valuation(Required)

A market valuation, otherwise known as a house or property valuation, is an estimate of a property’s true value in the current market. Our fees, which start at £500, are mostly based on the property’s current estimated value.

Matrimonial/Divorce Settlement Valuations(Required)

An impartial matrimonial valuation is required if the divorcees can’t decide on how to divide their assets fairly. RICS registered valuer can provide a valuation of the jointly owned assets for as little as £600, depending on your property’s estimated value.

Do you need an Expert Witness Report?

An RICS Chartered Surveyor can produce a comprehensive report detailing their professional opinion on the issue and provide evidence that supports your claim. If required, they can also appear in court to ensure the facts are heard (court appearance not included within the price).

Non-Domiciles Tax Valuation(Required)

If you live abroad and want to sell your London property, you’ll need an accurate market valuation. However, you also need to pay tax on the gains from the sale, and you may require a rental income assessment if you intend to lease your home.
