Alaa Ali

Alaa holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and is an associate member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also a Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer, Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered Mechanical Engineer, and a member of various other professional surveying institutions. His specialisation includes building pathology/defects and structural design, with experience beginning from the early developmental stages of prestigious projects.

His professional journey includes significant contributions to the development of landmark projects such as the Olympic Park and Crossrail. Following these achievements, Alaa expanded his expertise into consulting, design, and surveying.

Alaa's broad range of experience encompasses roles from structural engineering design and checking engineer duties to party wall surveying and building surveying. He also provides expert witness reports, demonstrating his comprehensive knowledge of the industry.
