Market Valuation(Required)

A market valuation, otherwise known as a house or property valuation, is an estimate of a property’s true value in the current market. Our fees, which start at £500, are mostly based on the property’s current estimated value.

Matrimonial/Divorce Settlement Valuations(Required)

An impartial matrimonial valuation is required if the divorcees can’t decide on how to divide their assets fairly. RICS registered valuer can provide a valuation of the jointly owned assets for as little as £600, depending on your property’s estimated value.

Do you need an Expert Witness Report?

An RICS Chartered Surveyor can produce a comprehensive report detailing their professional opinion on the issue and provide evidence that supports your claim. If required, they can also appear in court to ensure the facts are heard (court appearance not included within the price).

Non-Domiciles Tax Valuation(Required)

If you live abroad and want to sell your London property, you’ll need an accurate market valuation.
