James Moorhouse - MRICS

James Moorhouse, a seasoned Chartered Surveyor and RICS Valuer, brings over two decades of experience to his role at Hardings, which he joined in 2021. James began his career in 1996 with Steven Smart & Co, a retail agency specialist in London's West End. In 1998, he transitioned to the commercial property team at Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, where he spent 12 years honing his expertise in agency work.

Throughout his extensive career, James has cultivated a broad client base and amassed a wealth of market knowledge in both commercial and residential property sectors. His professional focus lies in providing strategic advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, lettings, sales, and acquisition of commercial and mixed-use properties.

As a member of the RICS, James leverages his qualifications and experience to offer a range of professional property and legal services. These include statutory and "red book" valuations, expert witness work, and advice on landlord and tenant disputes, development sites, and investment properties.
